  • Challenges faced during their entire career, if so how did they face them and overcome the challenges.

  • Their present job and profile.
  • Their current roles and responsibilities .
  • How effectively they meet the dead lines and how they tackle their competition.
  • How Social media has helped their career and job.
  • Their future plans, their goals as on date.
  • Money or Job satisfaction.
  • What do they expect from their subordinates and how do they motivate them at the time of difficulties.
  • How do they encounter pressure and a difficult situation.

  • The interview has to be recorded.
  • Last date of submission of the assignment is 30th November 2011,Late submission is not acceptable.
  • A CD of the presentation and video should be submitted at the admin office.
  • Presentation of the interview should be at its best.
  • Students to provide the details to the co-ordinator about interview before hand.
  • Students with the best interview will be awarded with a cash pize of Rs.5000 for 1st place, Rs.3000 for 2nd place and Rs 2000 for 3rd place with a certificate of appreciation.
